Position**: Office Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses through various communication channels.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Support the team in administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or office administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
