What skill sets are we looking for?

AMCONADMST - The overall responsibility of this position is to provide a good level of service to our internal and external customers, work with the US Operations team (2 time zones), & traders. Execution and follow-up on transactions of order management.

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure sales contracts and purchase orders are issued in accordance with the company's internal operational procedures making sure all costs involved in the transactions are taken into account and recorded properly.
- Facilitate approvals and send to respective parties.
- Work with Finance dept. to prepare LC (letters of credit) for suppliers and arrange required letters of credit amendments.
- Examine draft documents received by supplier and request necessary changes.
- Monitor shipments and keep customers updated of estimated cargo arrival date at destination.
- Confirm with financial dept. credit limit in place before releasing cargo to customers.
- Prepare customer invoices as guided by US Operations teams
- Check vendor invoices, freight and service provider's invoices. Ensure they are paid in line with contracted terms of payment.
- Assist Operations and traders as needed.
