**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Team Lead - US Individual Tax** to manage US tax accounting for individual and multi-state clients. This role involves leading a team, reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support client decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and manage **US Individual Tax Returns (1040)**, multi-state returns, and foreign compliance forms (5471, 7472)
- Conduct **tax research, international taxation, transfer pricing, and treaty analysis**:

- Prepare and submit tax returns for US clients accurately and on time
- Supervise and mentor associate accountants
- Liaise with clients, tax authorities, and internal teams for smooth engagement delivery
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: B.Com (mandatory); M.Com/BFA/Professional courses preferred
- **Experience**: 5-8 years in US tax accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience
- Minimum 2 years of **people management experience**:

- Strong knowledge of US Taxation, 1040 & multi-state returns
- Advanced proficiency in **CCH / UltraTax software**
