Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040), including related schedules and forms.
- Analyze prior-year tax returns to ensure consistency and identify potential tax-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and state tax laws.
- Handle foreign income reporting, including Form 1116 (Foreign Tax Credit), Form 2555 (Foreign Earned Income Exclusion), and Form 8938 (Foreign Financial Assets Reporting).
- Assist with investment taxation, including capital gains, dividends, interest, and passive foreign investment companies (PFICs).
- Advise clients on deductions, credits, and tax planning opportunities.
- Work with FBAR (FinCEN 114) compliance, if applicable.
- Research complex tax matters and resolve client queries.
- Assist with IRS and state tax notices and audits, as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
