**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the company s network infrastructure using various network monitoring tools.
- Identifying and resolving network issues and incidents.
- Analyzing monitoring data and alerts to identify trends and patterns and proactively address any issues before they become critical problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Documenting incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network monitoring support.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of monitoring procedures, protocols, and standards.
- Participating in the testing and implementation of network infrastructure changes.
- Providing reports and updates to senior management on network performance and availability.
- Collaborating with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in network operations, network engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, Perl, Bash, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 20000, or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Overall, the NOC Monitoring Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the company s network infrastructure. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
