**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry and Management**: Organize and update databases, spreadsheets, and key records to maintain data quality and accessibility.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations to support team functions.
- **Customer Data Handling**: Accurately input, verify, and manage client data in CRM systems and other databases.
- **Calendar Coordination**: Manage scheduling, set reminders, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- **Research**: Perform online research to support various projects and provide clear, organized findings.
- **Tool Utilization**: Leverage advanced productivity and AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
- **Task Coordination**: Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete tasks efficiently.
