We take pride in curating exceptional gifts for our clientele and are seeking an individual who can contribute to the efficient functioning of our back-office operations.

**Position Overview**:As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. This role involves a range of administrative tasks and requires a proactive and organized individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- **Order Processing**: Process and track customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and track stock movements.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, customer interactions, and relevant information.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve issues related to back-office operations, collaborating with relevant teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Additional Information**:

- Competitive salary within the range of 10,000/- to 15,000/- per month
- Working hours 9:30 am to 7:30 pm

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
