**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Marketing**

Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Support in running ad campaigns and tracking performance.

Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve engagement.

Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and videos.

Respond to comments, messages, and queries to enhance community engagement.

**2. Offline Marketing**

Assist in planning and executing offline campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Support branding activities such as flyers, banners, posters, and merchandise distribution.

Conduct market research, collect feedback, and analyze customer behavior offline.

Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and sales teams for smooth execution.

**3. General Marketing Support**

Maintain marketing databases and reports.

Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Contribute fresh ideas to increase brand awareness and reach.

**Requirements**:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in social media, branding, and offline marketing activities.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Good communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
