Job Title: Nursing Tutor

Location: Bangalore

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our team. As a Nursing Tutor, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to nursing students, helping them develop the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their academic and professional endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions to nursing students.
- Develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Provide individualized support and mentoring to students as needed.
- Stay updated with advancements in nursing education and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing practice or nursing education.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Karnataka, India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.

**Salary**: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,178.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month
