As an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and visibility across search engines. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase the overall online performance of our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Keyword Research**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry and target audience.
- Analyze and prioritize keywords based on search volume, competition, and relevance.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and headers for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve the website's crawlability and user experience.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, sitemaps, and site speed.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals.
- Create and optimize content for both users and search engines, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
- **Link Building**:

- Build and manage a robust backlink profile through ethical and effective link-building strategies.
- Monitor and disavow toxic or low-quality backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, trends, and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Implement changes to strategies and tactics based on evolving search engine algorithms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
