**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, including car dealerships, service centers, and individual car owners.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique benefits of P3C's nano coatings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Analysis & Insights**:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Prepare sales reports and other relevant documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
