Bell Captain

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train, and coordinate the bell desk team.
- Greet and assist guests with luggage, transportation, and directions.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage from guest rooms.
- Maintain smooth communication between the front office, housekeeping, and concierge.
- Handle guest queries and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure team members maintain grooming and service standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Bell Captain or Senior Bell Attendant** in a reputed hotel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming standards and a courteous attitude.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
