An Educational Assistant (EA), also known as a teaching assistant or classroom assistant, provides support to teachers and students in a classroom setting, often working with various age groups and abilities. EAs may help with lesson preparation, manage classroom activities, provide individual support to students, and assist with administrative tasks. They play a vital role in creating a positive and effective learning environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting Instruction: EAs assist with lesson planning, preparing materials, and setting up the classroom. Student Support: They provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs, working with small groups, and offering guidance and assistance. Classroom Management: EAs help maintain classroom order and discipline, reinforcing classroom rules and behavior management strategies. Collaboration: They work closely with teachers, other staff, and parents to communicate student progress, exchange information, and coordinate efforts. Administrative Tasks: EAs may assist with clerical tasks, such as grading papers, organizing materials, and maintaining records. Monitoring Student Progress: They help track student progress, observe student performance, and provide feedback to teachers. Communicating with Parents: EAs may support teachers in communicating with parents about student progress, concerns, and other relevant information. Promoting Well-being: EAs play a role in promoting and supporting student well-being, including cognitive, emotional, physical, and social domains.

Pay: ₹9,179.70 - ₹25,004.32 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
