
Admin - Logistics Support

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch schedules from factory to distributors and retail points.
- Maintain and update inventory and delivery records in **Excel.**:
- Liaise with warehouse, factory, and delivery staff for timely movement of goods.
- Assist in preparing dispatch documents and bills.
- Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments and escalate delays.
- Support procurement team with tracking and follow-ups.
- General office admin duties including courier, filing, and supply management.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/admin support preferred **(FMCG or related industry is a plus).**:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- **Good knowledge of MS Excel**, basic documentation, and office communication.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
