**Job Title**: Soft Skill Trainer

**Location**: AISECT DDUKK, Hazaribagh
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Soft Skills Training**, including:

- Personality Development
- Behavioural Skills
- Resume Writing
- Interview Preparation
- Communication Skills
- **Deliver sessions on Self-Employment & Entrepreneurship Opportunities**:

- **Motivate and Encourage** students through interactive sessions
- **Organize Motivational Classes and Engaging Activities**:

- **Promote and Guide Students towards Placement Opportunities**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- NEISBUD Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in soft skills or personality development training
- Familiarity with career counseling and placement processes
- Proven track record in training or motivational roles

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Empathy, leadership, and confidence in public speaking
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and guide youth
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency

**How to Apply**:
