About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients’ financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and cash flow.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investments, tax planning, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
- Provide recommendations on suitable financial products and investment opportunities.
- Monitor and review financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ changing needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and confidentiality.
- Stay updated with financial regulations, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic financial solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment, tax, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and client-first mindset.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.

Qualifications:

- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory role is an advantage.
