Financial Controller is responsible for the overall management of Accounting & Finance function of the organization.

Key activities include:

- Providing leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Standardizing and automating to improve the financial processes, and practice in line with business requirements, in order to improve performance.
- Ensuring credibility of the function by providing timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, financial trends and forecasts along with their detailed analyses.
- Evaluating processes and making suggestions for automating and enhancing work efficiency.
- Reviewing and analysing the current chart of accounts, GL Code structure, accounting practices etc and alignment with the business KPI’s
- Ensuring timeline and accuracy of financial and management reporting data.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.

Prepare and review Financial Statement (P&L, BS, CF) with stakeholders with detailed and relevant commentaries on the movement month to month

2.

Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization

3.

Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

4.

Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company and its Parent.

5.

Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

6.

Ensure that effective internal control (IFC) are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local laws and rules for financial and tax reporting and compliance

7.

Ensure compliance with local GAAP

8.

Experience of Ind AS

9.

Manage financial due diligence

10.

Experience of working with SAP and ERP(s) environment

11.

Expertise in Accounting /Compliance/ Direct & Indirect Taxation, FP&A, Treasury

12.

Manage the relationship with Statutory auditors/internal auditors

13.

Credit Control, Receivables Management, Inventory Accounting and ManagementWorking Capital management and dealing with internal & external stakeholders

14.

Closely liaison with all the business teams on commercial contracts as well as all matters related to their business P&Ls

15.

Experience of managing a team is must.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**

ESSENTIAL

1.

Preferably a CA with Exceptional leadership in overall management of Accounting & Finance function of the organization.

2.

10+ years of experience

3.

Highly developed communication and presentation skills

4.

Proven track record of achieving targets.

5.

6.

High on work ethics & result orientation

7.

Change Management and business transformation acumen.

8.

Preferably having experience working with IT Industry, Service Industry, Tech Startup environment, E-commerce environment

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
