Job Descriptions
- Ensuring Proper Scale Up of New Products.

2. Timely Release of Recipe

3. Periodic Evaluation of Plant /OPCs Process Performance

4. Analysis of Monthly SAP data

5. New technology Evaluation Trials

6. Kaizen for Process Improvements

7. Ensuring that APQP process strictly adhered to at HO & Plants

8. Monitoring and initiating corrective action for process cost, Yield, BCT across plants

9. Participation in Plant Tech Meet and Issue resolution.

10. Review of FPE.

11. Help and guide plant teams in Process Problems.

12. Resolution / Corrective Actions for Quality Issues ( Product as well as Process Quality )
