Essential Duties
- Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops around diverse customers’ complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable, sustainable solutions following Infor Nexus best practices
- Understand and connect customers’ existing business processes and technology to craft the “to be” Infor Nexus solution and develop a transition plan to create measurable business value
- Be a leader on a team of technical and business analysts and engineers, foster a productive team environment, leverage diverse views to encourage innovation, and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth
- Capture and share best practice knowledge among Infor Nexus PSO community
- Ensure customers’ business requirements are fully understood, documented, communicated and acted upon

Basic Qualifications
- 7 years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles
- Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
- Strong familiarity with EDI and XML message formats
- Working knowledge of Infor, SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems a plus
- Experience working with Transportation Management Software

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus
- Possess a strong natural sense of curiosity, be self-motivated, self-disciplined and passionate about international business and commerce
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
- Ability to effectively build relationships, promote a collaborative and team environment and influence others
- Possess executive speaking and presentation skills - including white board, small and large group presentations
