**Roles & Responsibilities**:
 Sending Reports as per the shift.

 Temple monitor.

 Provide customer support

 Support to Engineers.

 Raise Internal Tickets for issues.

 Provide customer support for resolution to client issue.

 Daily communicates with different branches for faulty sensors.

 Keep monitoring and hand daily alerts portal.

 Keep recording for branches.

 send daily report.

 Maintain customer contact person list for easy communication.

 Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.

 Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.

 Provide timely and fast resolution to client issue.

 Keep tracking on issues raised from client.

 Handle customer mails and escalate.

**Requirements**:
1. Good Knowledge of computer handling

2. Basic Knowledge of Networking and Technical

3. Good written and verbal communication Skill

4. Problem solving skills

5. Tech Support

**Experience**: Experienced/ Freshers both can apply

**Work Mode**: Work from Office (Rotational shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
