**Job Title: Remote Telecaller**

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Telecallers. As a Remote Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from your own location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Engage in effective communication to build rapport and establish a relationship with prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and objection handling techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones, if required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
