**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries in Tamil or Telugu.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain call records and update feedback in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Native-level fluency in either **Tamil** or **Telugu**.
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months** of telecalling or customer service experience.
- **Own SIM card** is mandatory (cost reimbursable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**.
