Quality Controller

1. Attends pre-production (PP) meeting

2. Acquires approved sample with relevant data during PP meeting and notes critical points

3. Monitors quality of production through multilevel quality control viz. in-line QC, in-house QC (including 1st output), table-head QC and Final QC

4. Generates QC reports and shares the same with the production team for immediate rectification and prevention

5. Reports failures to production team and management

6. Ensures that the production of finished products matches the buyer’s requirement and is defect free

7. Implements processes to eliminate wastage and pilferage.

8. Ensures regularity, punctuality and discipline of team members.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
