**Work Experience**
**Skills/Requirements**:

- Infotainment and Product Development experience. Experience in playing role of solution architect for mid-large size program from RFP to SOP
- ** Experience in working with multiple OEM’s/Tier1’s** for creating system level requirements and specifications for Headunits.
- Should have minimum 10 years exp in Vehicle Infotainment design & development area
- Very solid understanding of infotainment System Architecture.
- Knowledge of multiple Operating systems and Frameworks for infotainment systems.
- Hands on experience in Linux based IVI systems, Android based IVI platforms
- Should have Classic and Adaptive Autosar knowledge
- Good to have knowledge on QNX Hypervisor
- Fundamental knowledge of system engg & development
- Research, Plan, Propose & verify an IVI system architecture for future models taking a balanced lifecycle approach
- Identify key technologies necessary to execute requirements & ensure platform roadmaps utilize these technologies
- Leadership role in team environment to establish system level requirements to meet/exceed current & future customer expectations
- Communicate customer needs & proposed system architecture to meet those needs throughout various levels of organization verbally & work with Tier 1’s, Purchasing & vehicle teams as needed to bring system to development stage
- Develop interface requirements to meet the functional requirements & system-level use cases for IVI networked systems
- Familiarity & understanding of networks commonly used in automotive (MOST, CAN, LIN, Bluetooth, USB etc)
- Knowledge in software development processes, test environments, complete product development cycles.
- Good Analysis and Analytical skills.
- Experience working in a highly agile distributed team.
- Exposure to complete product development cycles.
- Positive attitude towards work, strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
- Hands on experience in Linux based IVI systems or Android based IVI platforms
- Language - English(mandatory)

- Capability build up initiatives as per the trends in Industry
- Identify the opportunities and derive relevant solutions/approaches
- Manages & provides direction for a team of program / project managers executing projects within the industrial strategy
- Ensures effective communication and planning across a broad array of stakeholders and contributors.
