You'd be best in this position if you know about **Online/Offline tenders (CPWD/PWD/ GEM)** and enjoy talking to people and have an ability for sales. You must speak with SMEs, organisations, and other companies to learn about their needs in terms of fire safety and provide them the proper fire fighting solutions.

In order to create revenue, the function also entails building, growing, and maintaining commercial relationships with potential clients in the designated region. You should be prepared to create leads and follow up on them pro-actively in order to close the deal. You must have effective presenting, communication, and closing abilities.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- preferably 2 to 3 years of sales-related experience.
- should possess strong negotiating, selling, and communication abilities.
- organised, careful, and with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
