**Experience**Required: 2 to 3 Years.
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday.
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Fixed).
**Salary Upto**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000+ per month (Based on experience and skillset)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare in-depth performance reports to drive ROI improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to develop impactful creatives and ad copies.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous campaign improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and user engagement through paid channels.
- Maintain a log of campaign results, including performance metrics and key learnings.
- Demonstrated success in running various campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Lead Generations, Retargeting, etc.).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and digital customer journeys.
- Proficient in audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content writing strategy and basic copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications.
- Basic design tool knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Experience with Campaigns, Promotion & Content Writing
