RKS Kalvi Nilayam is looking for an efficient Commerce and Accountancy teacher who has 5+ years of experience of teaching higher grades students.

**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EACH POST**

We are looking for **Commerce and Accountancy** **Teacher** to teach in higher grades and who has a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and have relevant qualifications.
- Provide students with individualized attention while fostering interactive learning environment
- Practice interactive teaching methodologies through various tools and techniques that focus on student engagement
- Providing additional teaching support for late bloomers
- Assign homework, tests, quizzes, and other assessments
- Preparing reports summarizing students’ progress and evaluating their performance
- Should be conversant of the syllabus and implement appropriate lesson plans
- Assist in the development of new programs, curricula, and materials based on changing education requirements
- Create and conduct lab and in-class learning activities

**GENRAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR ALL POST -**
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Excellent working experience in classroom teaching and management
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and excel
- Good documentation and report writing skills
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
