**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons on accountancy, focusing on core areas such as financial accounting, bookkeeping, and management accounting.
- Use a variety of teaching methods (lectures, discussions, case studies, problem-solving exercises) to effectively communicate accounting concepts.
- Ensure that lessons are aligned with the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, or other relevant boards) and meet the learning objectives for each topic.
- **Curriculum Management**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and projects that align with the prescribed curriculum.
- Modify and adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to the varying learning abilities of students.
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting principles and standards, incorporating relevant updates into lessons.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design, administer, and evaluate assessments (e.g., tests, assignments, projects) to measure student understanding of accounting principles.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' performance and help them improve in areas where they may be struggling.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and academic progress, tracking improvements or areas for concern.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes active participation and learning.
- Manage student behavior and encourage respectful communication and collaboration in class.
- Ensure that students understand the importance of ethics and accuracy in accounting work.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide individualized support for students who are struggling with accountancy concepts.
- Organize remedial sessions or extra classes for students needing additional help in understanding complex accounting topics.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Encourage students to participate in accounting-related extra-curricular activities, such as business competitions, seminars, or workshops.
- Organize or participate in events that foster interest in accounting, finance, and business studies, like career days or guest lectures from professionals in the field.
- Mentor students participating in accounting or finance Olympiads and other competitions.
- **Parent and Teacher Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's academic performance, behavioral progress, and any challenges they may be facing.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' progress and share feedback on areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure the holistic development of students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in accounting practices, tools, and software.
- Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching methods and knowledge.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and contribute to the school’s overall academic growth.
- **Incorporating Technology in Teaching**:

- Use technology such as accounting software, spreadsheets, and online learning tools to enhance student learning.
- Introduce students to practical accounting tools and methods used in the business world, such as accounting apps and digital ledgers.
- Utilize multimedia, presentations, and interactive resources to make lessons engaging and relevant to students.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
