Job Description: Business Development Associate (Sales) - Lucknow
MUST HAVE LAPTOP
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the EdTech sector, focusing on GRE/GMAT test preparation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements; provide tailored solutions and demonstrations of our products/services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and maximize sales efficiency.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay updated with our company's products/services and their benefits to effectively communicate them to prospects.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales objectives.
- Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance product/service offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Associate, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of GRE/GMAT examinations and their market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions.
- Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Education or Sales Management are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
