**Position Overview**:
As a Technical Product Owner at Equifax, you will guide the development of our batch and data products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to deliver products that meet market needs and maintain Equifax's high standards of data quality and security.

**What you will do**:

- Develop, maintain, and communicate the product vision and strategy for batch and data products.
- Create and manage a detailed product roadmap aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding product-related inquiries and feedback.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensure development teams have a clear understanding of requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product features are developed according to specifications.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of all new features and enhancements.
- Ensure that all products meet Equifax's standards for data quality, performance, and security.
- Get insights from business teams on market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Adjust the product strategy and roadmap based on market insights and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal and external use.
- Provide training and support for sales and customer service teams on new product features and updates.

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
- Proven experience working with batch processing systems and data products.
- Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data quality principles.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Java) and data warehousing solution and exposure to cloud platforms like GCP/AWS/Azure
