Our platform enhances clinical workflows, reduces administrative burdens, and empowers physicians to focus more on patient care.     Position Overview   We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MediNoteX’s AI-driven medical documentation platform. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business objectives, technical teams, and end-users, ensuring the product delivers high value, usability, and innovation within the healthcare domain.     Key Responsibilities   Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MediNoteX’s AI transcription and documentation solutions.   Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to develop innovative product features that enhance clinical documentation.   Gather and analyse user requirements from healthcare providers to ensure alignment with real-world clinical workflows.   Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.   Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure timely, high-quality product releases.   Monitor product performance, user feedback, and emerging trends to guide continuous improvement.   Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).   Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.     Qualifications   3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in healthcare technology, AI, or SaaS-based solutions .   Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows , EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare data standards.   Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum product development processes.   Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.   Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.   Passion for leveraging technology to simplify healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes.     What We Offer   Opportunity to build and lead an AI-driven healthcare product that creates real-world impact.   Collaborative work culture with a focus on innovation and learning.   Competitive salary and benefits package.   A mission-driven environment where technology meets healthcare excellence.
