Job Title: Production Designer (Modular Kitchen)

**Salary**: INR 35,000 to 50,000 per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively and optimize production flow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- **Technical Design and Engineering**:

- Review design drawings and specifications for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide input on design improvements and optimizations for manufacturability.
- **Material Procurement and Inventory Management**:

- Source materials, components, and hardware required for modular kitchen and wardrobe production.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production to identify defects or discrepancies.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
- **Production Supervision and Team Management**:

- Supervise production staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and guidance to production team members to improve skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the production department.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines in the production facility.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a safe working environment and encourage adherence to safety protocols among production staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design and engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production teams.
- Basic proficiency in English language required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
