**Roles**
- Initiate Telephone calls to US Federal and Private Insurance companies for status of claims on patients accounts and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Ensure each patients medical information is accurate and up-to date.
- Maintain Excel and Reports as per the companys regulation.
- Should portray yourself in good English and US Accent.
- Comfortable working in night shifts - US Timings Monday to Friday
- Should be flexible and adaptable towards work.
- Knowledge and ability to use computer systems

Salary Package Includes Incentive Bonus 5K + Annual Performance Bonus 50K

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
