
Customer Relationship Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat support.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Provide information about services and guide customers in their decision-making.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated with company policies and services.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in customer service in a related field.
- Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English Speaker and (English) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
- If you have experience in a call center, customer support, or relationship management role would be a advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,990.00 per month
