**Reporting to MD of Law Firm**

**Location -** Fort

**Workings days** - Mon - Fri (office) & Sat (WFH)

**Education**: LLB/ LLM

**Years of Experience**:Min 2-5years in Real Estate / Property legal role

**Overall Job Responsibilities: -**

Assisting in drafting real estate transactions & assets transfers as per clients requirements

Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions.

Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments

Draft MOUs, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, etc.

Handle land or property related disputes.

Contract expertise in Property management, purchases & Sales

Offer legal advice on property management, zoning violations, restrictions and agreements on real estate, property taxes, and value estimates.

Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements

Well versed with reading Legal Marathi documents (mandatory)
- Exhibit_ _time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and great problem-solving skills_

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort, Mumbai - 400001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
