**Roles and Responsibilities**

**JOB ROLE**
- Assisting in preparation of the Financial Statements and regulatory compliance
- Co-ordinating with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
- Independently handling Fixed Assets management module
- Monitoring of the Bank Reconciliation Statements, Preparation of Nostro Reconciliation
- Monitoring of the various records form system for financial closure
- Assisting product design and liaising for reconciliation of the same
- CA with 3-4 years of core experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting in Banks or NBFCs
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience in dealing with Senior stakeholders in the organization
- Strong experience in financial reporting and Audit
- Experience in RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance
- Working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard
- Experience in Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines
- CBS/ GL Knowledge- Pls mention, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period.Role:
