**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate project information
- Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain proper records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointments
- Explain project features and pricing clearly and effectively
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain and update CRM system with lead details
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- 2-3 years of experience in Tele calling / Tele sales / Customer Service (Real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
