**About the job**:
Required Technical Skills to support the responsibilities:

- Experience building modern intranet and custom app solutions using SharePoint Online and Viva Connections
- Experience in 1st party and 3rd party app integration & deployment with Microsoft Teams
- Migration experience to SharePoint Online/Teams/OneDrive from On-prem SharePoint and preferably from Google Suite, Confluence, Slack, etc.
- SPFx, Azure custom apps, PowerShell Scripting, and C#/.NET experience is a definite plus
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Teams administration
- Bonus Points for experience in Workplace Analytics, Viva insights & Viva Topics
- Bonus Points for experience in security & compliance, DLP, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
- Bonus Points for Microsoft 365 Certifications
- Work with PM teams to plan project sprints, scope, and resource allocation.
- Manage project milestones to ensure successful solution delivery along with off-shore team and ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Custom configuration of the M365 environment and assist the development using React, Graph API and.NET/ C#.
- Analyze user requirements, define solutions, and provide recommendations for optimal solutions and manage execution to successful implementation.
- Researches and tests third party vendor solutions that can improve the SharePoint or Teams integration and implementation (i.e. COTS vs Build)
- Act as an expert technical resource for less experienced SharePoint/ Teams Apps development staff
- Best practices for code reuse
- Participate in code reviews to find and fix problems and to improve the overall quality of software.
- Lead or support other projects as required and/or assigned

Key Skills and Experience:

- At least 8-12 years Full stack C#/.Net and prefer SharePoint development experience with SPFX/Office UI Fabric/React/C#/.NET/.NET Core
- Strong front-end web development experience is a must.
- Front end Javascript frameworks such as React, Node, Vue is a must
- Experience in the latest web-development tools and methodologies is needed.
- Solid analysis and design skills are important as well as good oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of different web based design patterns (MVVM and MVC)
