ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, modify, develop, write and implement Migration strategic
- Prepare Migration Plan / road map
- Work closely with Development team to ensure migration blockers are addressed / resolved on priority.
- Participate in gathering business requirements and assessing existing architectures and resources.
- Involve in ensuring a quality technical design that satisfies the business requirements of the client.
- Involve in package evaluations and recommendations, communicating the technological details of the project to the business users and works with the client.
- Work with the Project Manager and Account Manager, help develop project plans; identify development and project risks and collaborates on mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic vision for expanding current functionality and for the development and deployment of new features and modules.
- Works closely with the end user community and IT to resolve production system issues.
- Keep up-to date with latest technologies, trends and provides inputs/recommendations to project manager or the architect as required.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MCS
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies of which at least 6 years should be in SharePoint.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in technically managing a team of 5 or more resources.
- Prior experience in resource management and client communication.
- Knowledge and Skills:

- o Strong experience with SharePoint Server versions 2010, 2013 and 2016
- o Good knowledge of.NET Framework (C#)
- o Experience on SharePoint APIs.
- o Proficient in Web Part development and Master pages construction.
- o Expertise in building blocks such as Workflows, SharePoint authentication, and Audience Targeting.
- o Experience with Web Part development.
- o Experience in any of these technologies will be beneficial
- jQuery, Angular JS
- Modern site customization and branding
- SPFx
- PowerApps
- Flows
- Workflows (sequential and state machine)
- CSOM
- Azure App, WebAPI
