- Develop engaging posts, stories, and campaigns tailored to the brand’s tone and audience.
- Create a content calendar and ensure timely publishing on social media platforms.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Build relationships with the audience and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- **Social Media Strategy Implementation**:

- Support the execution of social media strategies to meet marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Suggest and implement creative ideas to enhance the brand’s online presence.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce quality content.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
