**Experience -2-3yrs Proven experience of drafting Concrete Foundations, Equipment Foundations, Pits,Paving, roads and other industrial concrete elements including rebar detailing.**

**Structural BIM Modeler**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- 3D modeling in advance steel/ Revit for steel and concrete elements and

extraction of 2D drawings from 3D model
- Updating in drawing as per red line comments marked by Engineer
- Integration of structural 3D model with other facilities and review of interference
- Preparation of Revit Models as up to LOD 450

Sound working knowledge of steel structures including preparation of General
Arrangement, section details, connection, and base plate details of platforms, fall
protection, Equipment supporting structures, pipe and duct supports, staircases, Trusses,shelters and other industrial structural components.
**Proven experience of drafting Concrete Foundations, Equipment Foundations, Pits,Paving, roads and other industrial concrete elements including rebar detailing.**

**Required Expertise in Software for all three areas**
**REVIT, NAVISWORKS, AUTOCAD 2D, Experience in multi service coordination**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Drafting Concrete Foundations: 3 years (required)
- Rebair Detailing: 3 years (required)
- NavisWorks: 1 year (required)
- Revit: 1 year (required)
- AUTOCAD 2D: 1 year (required)
