**Key Responsibilities**
**Room & Public Area Cleaning**
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replace linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Ensure high-traffic areas remain tidy throughout the day.

**Guest Interaction**
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., extra amenities, directions).
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.

**Reporting & Safety**
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Log and handle lost & found items per hotel policy.
- Follow established safety, hygiene, and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

**Team Collaboration**
- Assist fellow housekeeping team members during peak workload.
- Participate in training sessions and departmental briefings.

**Minimum Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
- **Experience**: Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
- **Language**: Local language required; basic English preferred.
- **Physical Ability**: Must be physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 23 kg.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Other**: Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold IHG service culture.
