We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, provide information about available properties, and schedule appointments for property visits. Your persuasive communication skills, ability to build rapport with customers, and strong product knowledge will be essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell real estate properties.

Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and location.

Identify customer needs, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns or objections.

Maintain a database of potential leads and update customer information accurately.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the properties and schedule appointments for property visits.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while engaging with customers over the phone.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
