Responsibilities:
**Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.**

Perform all point-of-sale (POS) duties and manage front and back-of-house functions.

**Establish effective communication with all team members.**

Help manage team member schedules and ensure adherence to meal and break policies.

**Oversee cash handling and store funds during shifts.**

Assist in planning and executing sales promotions effectively.

**Set an example for team members by following and upholding company policies and procedures.**

Promote and practice safe work habits.

**Act as a role model for excellent service and customer satisfaction.**

Proactively solve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction.

**Monitor and coach team members to meet company service standards.**

Develop rapport with customers by learning their names and favorite items.

**Investigate and resolve customer incidents when necessary.**

Follow company recipes and procedures to maintain consistent product quality.

**Educate team members on products, toppings, and combinations.**

Perform quality assurance checks on products during shifts.

**Lead and communicate company values and standards.**

Provide training to team members on performance expectations. Qualifications:
**At least one year of supervisory experience in retail or six months in quick-service restaurant brands preferred.**

Basic computer skills required.

**Ability to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events.**

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask.

**Capable of lifting up to 15 kg and performing frequent bending and twisting movements.**

Regular handling of food, hot beverages, and sharp objects.

**Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
