Co-ordinated with them for better deals and increased convenience shared percentage by 20% also got an advance amount from BMS. **Managing BMS for recoveries ** Software Management and Introduced SMS ticketing **Checking on creatives and designs on weekly schedules, Dispensing F&B materials and Slides. ** Franchisee Management **Managing Distributors ** Site visits **Additionally, Booking content for PKV cinemas ** Checking P&L’s **Fund Management**

**Film Distribution**:Getting clients, business for Film Distribution. ** Appointing sub distributors. **Coordinating with cinema owners and controllers for releasing the Movie ** Coordinating with Producer on release, Payments and released screens **Coordinating with Digital Providers Ensuring DCR’s go on time.**

**Chhotu Maharaj Pre-Operations**:Avenues of new income generation Seats, Screen and sound. **Seats ordering, creating layouts and Management ** Screen Planning, Ordering and Managing Installation. **Sound (3.1, 5.1) Now working on 7.1 (Atmos Style) ** Successful R&D on screen and Sound **Vendor selection, negotiations and Management ** Guiding team on seating Layout’s **Co-ordination with Digital for projector set ups ** Managing Technical team and guiding them for installations (sound and electrical) **Guiding team and Franchisee for Licences ** Resolving issues and complex problems of Franchisee’s like projection room, licences, seating Layout etc. **Setting Processes for Pre-ops and other areas till post ops. ** Planning and escalating Franchisee issue to Management with solutions that shall benefit both the company and Franchisee. **Managing team of pre-ops. ** Guiding sales team on their queries and queries raised by Franchisee. **Visiting Sites or arranging a team for site visits. ** Instrumental is setting up the software with Showbizz

**Chotu Maharaj Post Operations**:Content Booking ** Collections Content and Royalty now also F&B **Daily Operations ** Strategizing ideating ways to save costs and franchisee payment defaults. **Setting up Franchisee ** Planning and ensuring proper solutions towards lapses and franchisee grievances **Onboarding properties on Online portals. Co-ordinating with them for better deals BMS & Paytm ** Software Management and Introduced SMS ticketing (Presently working on generating income through SMS ticketing) **Checking on creatives and designs ** Franchisee coordination, Handholding and Management **Guiding Franchisee for Marketing activities ** Handing Franchisee grievances **Managing Distributors ** Raising and managing maintenance issues of Dome as well as server and projector. **Setting Processes of Post Operations ** Site visits **Structured MIS and checking it daily ** Ensuring Maximum properties are live **Ensuring Training on software and other aspects are done timely.**

**Legal and Compliance**: (Chhotu Maharaj & Miniplex) **Preparing Agreements for Miniplex, Chhotu Maharaj as well as Film Distribution. ** Replying and drafting mails for compliance and grievances raised by franchisee. **Attending Arbitrations ** Preparing Annexures of losses on Disputed cases **Structuring a process once Franchisee has gone under dispute ** Collecting evidence on disputed properties **Coordination with legal team on disputes, Arbitration & legal documentations ** Managing Arbitrations and cases related to Miniplex.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
