- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful AI/ML solutions.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions that align with business goals.
- Create architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Model Development:

- Lead the development of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Work closely with data scientists to implement and optimize models.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Data Management:

- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity for effective model training and deployment.

Technology Stack:

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
