Digital Marketing & IT Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Create engaging posts and videos for various social media platforms
- Maintain daily posting schedules across all social channels
- Develop creative content strategies to increase engagement and followers

**Website Management**:

- Manage and update 5-7 company websites
- Create new landing pages as needed
- Perform SEO optimization on existing websites to improve search rankings
- Monitor website performance and user experience

**Technical Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to team members on computer-related issues
- Assist colleagues with basic technical questions and troubleshooting

**Business Development**:

- Generate innovative ideas to boost online business growth
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
- Experience with website development and management
- Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
- Basic web design skills for creating landing pages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and willingness to help team members
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently while being a supportive team player
- Stays current with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Has a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Comfortable multitasking and managing various projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹11,404.90 - ₹25,736.14 per month
