**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile team member who can help in both the front and back of the house. As a Café Staff & Cook, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a friendly and positive cafe experience.

Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of foodq items from our menu, ensuring high quality and consistency.

Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Stock Management: Help with stock inventory and assist with receiving deliveries and storing ingredients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other café staff to maintain smooth operations, and provide assistance as needed in different areas (front and back of house).

Additional Responsibilities: Assist with setting up and closing the café, including maintaining the café’s ambiance, and supporting special events.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred.

Basic cooking knowledge and an interest in food preparation.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
