Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand clients' needs and requirements and propose customized solutions to meet their business objectives
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
- Build proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information on the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets clients' expectations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software development industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand clients' needs and requirements and propose customized solutions
- Experience in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
