**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial transactions and adherence to accounting policies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience or internship in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
